Event Details

Join us for a morning stroll around Muirtown Basin, Inverness as we walk a mile to help end mental health stigma – it’s good to walk and talk!

We meet for regular walks to make a difference and build resilience!  Come along and have a wander — it’s social, informative and fun.

This walk is part of Let’s walk a mile campaign to tackle stigma. It’s no good for anyone, it can make people feel worse and stop them asking for help. It’s time to stop and think about our own prejudices and recognise the way we think about, and the way we behave towards, others.

We’re meeting on the canal bank on the far side of the Muirtown swing bridge from town.
