The Scottish Waterways Trust is a charity. We offer no goods for sale using this on-line payment system. We will consider refunds on donations given on a case-by-case basis at the charity’s discretion.

SWT takes data security and data protection very seriously and is committed to protecting the privacy of its supporters and stakeholders. We fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and are notified with the Information Commissioner under registration number ZA069219. This privacy privacy policy sets out how we use the personal information that we collect from you.

How do we receive personal information? We only collect personal information when you specifically provide it to us. This may happen when you contact the Scottish Waterways Trust, contact us through our website, volunteer with us, make a donation to us or register to receive e-newsletters.

Each email will give you the option to stop receiving information from the Scottish Waterways Trust. Changes made will be actioned as soon as practical and generally within five working days, although due to the way that we select and use data it may take up to one calendar month for the changes to become effective.
